In addition, all outside vendors have issued us their Certificate of Compliace. In addition, should it be necessary, we have access to their HACCP Plans, wich verify procedures for ensuring that the fish and fishery products they offer or store are handled in accordance for ensuring that the fish and fishery products they offer or store are handled in accordance with requirements of US FDA HACCP regulations; 21 CFR Part 123, effective March 1, 2001. Please include this document as part of your HACCP file as a continuing Certificate of Guarantee of our HACCP compliance. In addition, we guarantee, that the tuna we provide you is once or more non- parasitic species (bluefin, yellowfin or bigeye) and that the salmon we provide is farm-raised, and therefore does not pose a hazard from parasites.
