High Falls Farm

High Falls Farm is a multi-enterprise farm in the Hudson Valley of New York. We grow beyond-organic apples, pears, chestnuts, hazelnuts, sheep, and mushrooms. We sell to local restaurants, retailers, and direct to consumers. Located in the historic town of High Falls along the Rondout creek, we are the closest farm to the falls themselves. We also offer you the opportunity to grow shiitake mushrooms at your own house by selling pre-inoculated Holiday Gift Logs in November and December.
