In July of 2002, Hi-Clearance Inc. started to sell related Hemodialysis products from GAMBRO. In the beginning of 2003, we positioned Hi-Clearance Inc. as a "professional Medical Channel Provider" for expanding our business range, then in July we invested capital for founding SUNTOP Medicare (Shanghai) Corp., and started to enter into the China mar... ket for Hemodialysis product selling and Hospital medicare service. In September, Hi-Clearance Inc.'s stock was publisehed in the stock market. In 2004, Hi-Clearance Inc. promoted the creed of "just No. 1" for marketing principles and focused on becoming the ultra "first class" company. In September of 2004, OTC approved our emerging stocks and Hi-Clearance Inc. was recognized for our professional service of being "Legal, Safe, and reliable" based on a Sound System. In Oct. of 2005, Hi-Clearance started to sell Implant products from Lifecore and entered the dentistry field. In the beginning of 2006, we positioned Hi-Clearance Inc. as a "Professional Medical Provider" for expanding our business market, and focused on the kidney section, Inoue Balloon Catheter, the Liver Cancer Cures pipe, Artifical Leather, Mouth Cavity Surgery and Dentistry products. We also invested in Renalysis Medical Care Co., Ltd. and started to enter HDR operation and management. Then in April, Hi-Clearance Inc. started to sell Bionime's blood glucose monitor and entered the product field of the metabolism section. In March of 2007, Hi-Clearance became a distributor of B.Braun access port systems. Hi-Clearance Inc. finished the IPO process successfully and became a (OTC) listed company on Jul. 20, 2009. In March of 2010,For expanding business areas, Hi-Clearance Inc. cooperated with Exland Biotechnology Inc., the developer and patent holder of SuperDashTM technology. Based on this, we expect to sell the healthy organic instant drinks. In May of 2010, Hi-Clearance Inc. became a distributor of 3M for Mini Implant products field.
