His early experience was with the Bechtel Corporation (1968-1970) where in specialized in subcontracts for the 200 million dollar Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant. From 1970 to 1974, Mr. Gill was associated with the Miami firm of Crain and Crouse, Inc. (later known as Crouse and Partners, Inc.) where he was Project Engineer for multiple apartment buildings, commercial complexes, and college facilities. He entered private practice in 1975 and since then has been the structural engineer of record for multi-million dollars worth of residential and commercial construction. Mr. Gill is a registered professional engineer in the states of Florida, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
