Internet Explorer 10 - RMS Compatibility Issue - Thursday, February 28, 2013 Internet Explorer 10 (IE 10) was released to public on February 27th 2013. However, if you upgrade an RMS computer to that latest version of the Microsoft's Web browser, you will notice some compatibility issues. In particular, the Web Status in the RMS POS interface will look quite different - in fact it will appear completely blank with white background, not showing any info except for the Dynamics logo in the corner. Immediately after discovery, Retail Hero developed several patches to address the problem.
