As the need for out-of-home ser... vices becomes more prevalent throughout our Commonwealth due to an increase in drug abuse, high unemployment, juvenile status offenders, and the continued disintegration of the Kentucky family, Heritage Children Services is here to provide passionate and considerate care to the children in our charge who are affected by these issues and give them the absolute best possible chance for future success. Heritage Children Services will work closely with the referring agency and all other interested parties to achieve the child's permanency goal through coordinated and successful individualized services that reflect our high standard of care and expertise.
