ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. --The woman behind a local shelter for homeless female veterans has died. The HER foundation confirmed to Channel 3 that Nancy Bullock-Prevot, 46, was killed Monday morning in a head-on collision in Pace. The crash occurred on Chumuckla Highway near Tunnel Road.
