Founded in 1983, Hendon Bagel Bakery is a fixture of the London quality kosher scene. Situated in the heart of bustling Hendon, the bakery serves the local community and beyond, and many of our loyal customers come from far and wide for their favourite baked goods. We are passionate about using only the finest quality ingredients (natural and organic, wherever possible) to hand-make all our savoury and sweet bakery and patisserie goods. Nutritious and delicious, our artisanal, handmade breads are made using the traditional slow proving process for that personal touch and a richer, more flavourful product that is a world away from mass-produced breads. The eponymous bagels that we are so well-known for are lovingly and traditionally made by our skilled team of master bakers, and leave the oven fresh and perfectly bronzed for your enjoyment. Especially popular with university students and faculty members from the Middlesex campus just up the road, our smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels enjoy a cult-like following.
