HELICOPTERS (AUSTRALIA) is a privately owned company founded in Perth, Western Australia in 1980 to provide helicopter charter services. The company developed its range of services to include aerial work functions such as television news gathering and survey work for local television stations and government agencies such as the electricity and gas... utilities. In 1992 the company was sold to HELICOPTERS NZ. Flying activities and our client base increased and the resulting development in the organisation's safety management systems, operating and engineering standards, established the basis on which HELICOPTERS (AUSTRALIA) is able to readily comply with the demanding nature of today's aviation environment.
