Hedging Plants Direct is the online subsidiary of Original Landscape Design who have been growing on the same site in Dedham, Essex since 2010. We are a family run business that specialises in container and field grown trees, shrubs and hedging. We all have our own area of the business. I look after the landscapeing teams and manage major projects... while my wife Roberta organises the retail plant shop. Our son Will with his partner Kylie run the mail order Hedging Plants Direct and Plants For Gardensweb shops, which deliver plants all over the UK, and expanding into europe in 2014. As major landscape designers and contractors, we realised we needed trees and shrubs which would establish better than those available on the open market. This led us to implementing our own policy of quality growing and plant welfare. Our controlled expansion and our expertise in this market now allows us to offer, not only the very best container and field grown trees, shrubs, and hedging, but also contract growing and tailor made welfare with an environmental policy to suit every client.
