HECARD team members are well qualified and widely experienced engineers having Chartered status with either the 'Structural Engineers' or the 'Civil Engineers'. To ensure that the knowledge and experience is fully utilised, each project, no matter how large or small, will carried out under the guidance of a Senior Engineer. We offer a full range of design services; from feasibility studies and conceptual design, through to detailed design for construction.
