Stephen and Jocelyn Head have been members of Wycliffe Bible Translators Australia and the Summer Institute of Linguistics since December 1978, ministering in Papua New Guinea, Australia, and New Zealand. In April 2002 they were seconded from Wycliffe to begin Heartstream Resources New Zealand. They have experience facilitating and speaking at retr... eats, mission conferences and seminars and workshops, both locally and internationally. Stephen and Jocelyn are also involved in mentoring and counselling leaders in Christian ministry. They are both certified as Life Code Matrix facilitators, which is a self development program that clarifies personal identity, in order to increase wellbeing for participants at work and at home. Life Code Matrix taps into the imagination, intelligence and integrity of each person, and allows an organic interplay between all three to merge. Stephen holds a Diploma in Theology, is trained as a pastoral counsellor and as a consultant of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DISC Behavioral instrument, Prepare/Enrich and Cerny-Smith Assessment. Jocelyn is a trained Spiritual Director and offers Quiet Prayer retreats. She also holds a diploma in Theology and Pastoral Care.
