All of our clients will be assigned a primary contact that will make him/herself available to the practice for recurring business meetings, meetings to review custom practice reports, drop in visits, and we are always accessible via phone. We want our clients to know us and to be comfortable working with us on all matters relating to their practice. Proactive - HealthOne will never adopt a "wait until the client calls" attitude. To the contrary, we are first to seek potential business opportunities, first to identify and discuss trends, and first to point out potential practice issues. Advocacy - Between the government, commercial insurers, and litigious patients, it seems that physicians must constantly be on the defensive.
