In addition to receiving their medications, patients are also provided on-going counseling on the proper way to take their medicines to help ensure the best quality of care and accomplish the targeted therapy outcome. One of the major complaints of retail chain pharmacies is the wait time. Patients are usually told to come back in a couple of hours for their medications.
