With a focus on early inte... rvention, and supporting the people who work with young people in care, Healing Hearts believes no job is too big or too small ... no heart beyond repair. Broken, chipped, shattered and battered hearts can be mended, all it takes is courage, determination, strength, love, caring and keeping your heart open and ready to allow healing. Staff at Healing Hearts thrive on seeing people learn to move forward with their lives, taking control of their experiences, such as hardship, psychological pain and anguish, emotional and physical neglect, and relationship breakdown. Healing Hearts wants to work with you, and those you care about, to create a better future for yourself and those important to you. Healing Hearts is a mobile service, providing services in your local area and on site within support providers, including out of home care services. Currently we provide counselling, case management, workshop and programme development and facilitation and professional training and support services, in and around the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.
