Owner Gretchen Lansing, LMT and Olympic Therapist, has collaborated with some of the areas finest therapists to provide you with exceptional treatments. My wife & I have had quite a few massages during travels and Gretchen Lansing, by far, is the most incredible massage therapist we have the privilege of knowing. Many massage therapist ask you how you're feeling and get on with the massage, not really understanding the physiology. Or they have their "routine" and you don't feel any different afterword, except your hair might be oily. Gretchen truly wants to know the specifics (if you have any) regarding any aches, pains, tightness, etc. And best of all she understands how to address them. Gretchen actually understands the connectivity of soft tissues and how to effectively address them. We can't say enough. She's the best! The only bad thing is we live in Arizona and she and her family in New York. We will be making our annual trip to the Adirondacks this summer and will reserve our appointments two or three months out. I just wanted to let you know that the marathon went very well yesterday. The weather cooperated and I felt fine during the race(with a few normal aches and pains). The discomfort above my knees, that I sometimes felt during recent marathons, was not an issue. I know you provided special attention to the knee region so it worked great. Thank you so much for getting me ready for these races. You play a vital and integral role in my success.
