At Haylex Manufacturing, LLC, we have been providing custom machining and metalworking since we acquired an existing company founded in 1953. Also available are drilling, boring, threading, tapping, knurling, countersinking, counterboring, reaming, facing, parting, and cutting. Besides full CNC control, our equipment offers a number of different essential capabilities, such as a pallet change system, automatic tool changers, rotary tables, electronic probes, and simultaneous contouring. We offer highly accurate 3 and 4 axis machinery that accepts workpieces in a wide variety of sizes. We can handle turning diameters up to 34" and turning lengths up to 63", as well as milling lengths of up to 28" for horizontal and up to 40" for vertical. Our equipment also accommodates milling widths of up to 28" for horizontal and up to 19" for vertical, and milling heights up to 28" for horizontal and up to 18" for vertical. We are also capable of achieving tolerances to 0.0005". We machine a wide variety of metals, alloys, and plastic polymers. Some of these include alloy steels, brass, copper, Inconel, titanium, ABS, acrylic, nylon, polypropylene, PTFE, and many others. Whether our clients need prototypes to medium volume runs, we produce high quality results with lead times of as little as 2 to 4 weeks, with rush and emergency services available.
