The Hawaii Compensation Group (HICOMP), in association with WorldatWork is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the support and development of compensation, benefits, worksite wellness, work-life effectiveness, and total rewards professionals in Hawaii. We are committed to provide invaluable educational and networking opportunities to our members.... HICOMP strives to serve its members by fulfilling the following purposes: Conduct substantive meetings and special programs that provide forums for members to hear speakers and share innovative programs on current issues and the latest advancements in the field. Provide networking opportunities to exchange information, ideas, plans and policies in the field of total rewards. Provide continuing professional development opportunities for all levels of expertise. Provide a professional voice to legislative and regulatory bodies on compensation-related issues. Serve as an informational resource to various entities on total reward-related issues. Participate in local wage and salary surveys for Hawaii employers that include non-exempt, professional, technical and administrative personnel.
