Natalie Hauser, a former classical ballet dancer, first started pilates at the age of 11 in NYC. Following a long dance career, a degree in Psychology and a kidney transplant Natalie felt the need to regain strength, mind/body awareness, and a clearer mind. She did her Stott Pilates training in NYC at Pilates on Fifth, and first teaching at Pilates South Beach with Matthew Comer.
