For this purpose, HRT was established as a Pennsylvania Corporation and is located in... the former Carl White Mine Water Treatment Facility on Route 110 West, eight miles North of Indiana, PA. HRT has been operating at the facility since 1985 as a private business for commercial treatment of fluids generated during the drilling and production of natural gas and oil wells, and was previously involved in the manufacture and sale of salt and calcium chloride derived from this treatment. HRT works hard to offer the best available technology to the oil and gas industry to convert their waste fluids into an environmentally sound discharge.
