Harmony Property Syndication (Harmony) was established in 2003 by Joe Walker and Andrew Cain, and Jim Whiting invested in the Company in 2005. Joe's expertise lies in property investment, project initiation, sales and leasing, financial packaging of projects, development management, and real estate valuations. Over his extensive property career Joe... has been involved in the development of shopping centres; commercial office buildings; law courts; computing centres; Commonwealth and State Government offices throughout Australia. Andrew has over 30 years experience in the property industry and his expertise is in investment analysis and asset management of commercial, retail and industrial real estate and he is both a Certified Practicing Valuer and a Certified Fund Manager. Andrew is responsible for all aspects of the Harmony business. Jim is the Managing Director of Badge Constructions Pty Ltd which deliver construction, project and design management services. Incorporated in 1983 by Jim, Badge has a turnover in excess of $300 million and staff of over 200, with offices in SA, QLD and WA, and projects completed in all states of Australia. Jim also has a long history of property development and investment experience and currently maintains a portfolio of wholly owned and syndicated properties in SA and QLD. Since its establishment in 2003 Harmony has grown to currently have 21 separate property investment syndicates, with a combined value of in excess of $260 million of funds under management. In December 2013 Harmony merged with MRS Property, a highly regarded independent property advisory, consulting and asset management business. The firms between them manage a combined total of almost $800 million in assets and funds under management.
