Please let me introduce myself. My name is Asheya McIsaac and I am co-owner of Harmony Pet Care. My life long love for animals prompted me to establish Harmony Pet Care with my mother Dianne in 2009. Being with and caring for animals is my absolute dream job! These past years have enabled me to re-visit my childhood passion of caring for and spendi... ng time with a variety of pets (some wild and others domesticated) ranging from birds, cats and a variety of dogs. I also have experience with positive dog training, and though I have chosen not to work as a trainer, I offer my skills to support your animals level of training. I moved back to this beautiful Valley in 2005 and have made it my home. I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Victoria and have worked as a Massage Practitioner for 18 years. I mention this, as one of my favourite ways of bonding with your pets is through massage and nurturing touch. I am an active outdoor type and am very familiar with our local trails and dog walks. I am thrilled to offer my passion for animals as a service for those who love their pets! The above picture is me with my beloved cocker spaniel Blaze, R.I.P. 2014. My earliest memory of pet caring began at age 3 when I helped my dad nurse a baby rabbit back to health by feeding it with an eye dropper. All of my homes have continued to have some special pet to love including dogs, cats, horses, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, turtles and fish.
