Harmony Chiropractic is an out-of-network provider and does not directly bill insurance companies. If your insurance does cover chiropractic care we will provide you the information needed to receive reimbursement. We can give you receipts as frequently as you would like but most people find it easier for your record keeping and ours if you get the... m every month or so. You send in your receipts with a copy of your claim form available from your insurance company an d they will communicate with you about your reimbursement. The agreement is between you and them but we are available to help you with the forms and answer any questions. To find out if chiropractic care is covered, just call the number on the back of your card and they should be able to help you.
