Greetings! It is that time of year again to renew your membership in the Yakima Valley HOG Chapter, 2021. You will find the Chapter Membership Enrollment Form & Release for you to print under documents , fill out and return to the Yakima Valley HOG Chapter. This form will renew your membership in the local chapter. Please complete BOTH sides of thi... s form and return it, along with your $15 annual dues ($25 for couples) to: Mail it to: Ron Profit, 1013 Denny Ave, Cle Elum, WA 98922 Please return this form no later than January 31, 2021. Please note that you must be a National HOG member in order to be a member of the local HOG chapter, so please be certain that your National membership is up-to-date (if you are a current National member, you should be receiving a renewal form in the mail). If you are not a current National member or have not received a renewal notice, you can go to: members.hog.com and sign up or renew your National membership.
