A Golden Beach resident since 1990, Lydia Eskenazi has been a visionary since the early days. When Golden Beach was a bit sleepy, Lydia, a known real estate expert in her industry, saw its potential and invested in her passion. Having grown up in the areas of Surfside, Bay Harbor, Bal Harbour, one thing is for sure: she always admired this city. So... , many years ago, she started building spec houses here. And, that is where Lydias love for GB kicked in. A perfect place to fall in love every day with her husband, Frank, a general contractor. Lydia considers this Golden Beach community a little oasis among all of the condo craze, where construction is everywhere, we have our haven. Her history in the industry is generational, as her mother owns Harding Realty. In 1978, my mom and my aunt started Harding Realty and at the young age of 18, I started to dabble. I went to college, earned my MBA and worked in commercial real estate lending for several years. Numbers do speak for themselves, Lydia has been involved in the sale and rental of over 135 properties within the Town of Golden Beach, surpassing over $200 million in sales and counting. Most of Lydias clients came from my hard work and getting to know everyone in town. I have a very strong work ethic.
