About Hardin County Honda
Hardin County Honda has been locally owned and operated since opening in 1977. It has had two different locations, the first was in downtown Elizabethtown. In March 1985 ground broke on the facility Hardin County Honda operates out of today, and it opened just three months later on July 1, 1985. Over the years, it has had several upgrades like in 2004 with the extension of the service department and the remodeling of the dealership. The new car showroom was extended as well as adding a used car side to the dealership. In 2012 the Collision Center was opened. The current owner and veteran to the auto industry, John Potts, has been involved in the ownership since 1990 and became sole owner in 2011. Hardin County Honda started out with just 8 employees and now employs over 40 today. Hardin County Honda has won several awards from American Honda like the Customer Service Experience Award.
