Our fully paved depot area of 24.000m2 includes 4.500m2 for our workshops and a 400 square meter cleaning area which fully complies to all Dutch waste water laws and regulations and is certified by the Dutch VVV. The depot is ideally located at the main ports of Rotterdam and container terminals between Waalhaven (10km) and Maasvlakte (30km). Since... 2006, HRS is in a partnership with the D&R Group. This group is active worldwide and has various entities in the logistics sector, including 2 depots on the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam and Antwerp. These depots have 345.000 m2 of storage capacity and 240 reefer connections in addition to the repair and cleaning facilities. We specialize in the maintenance and repair (M&R) of refrigeration machinery for refrigerated containers and generator sets (gensets). We represent all reefer unit manufacturers as an Authorized Service & Warranty Center. We employ highly skilled and fully qualified refrigeration technicians who have also been factory trained. Besides M&R services we also provide vessel support programs such as Service Call Management (SCM) and Ship Kit Management (SKM). The SCM program provides technical support to the vessel crew in case of reefer malfunctions. The SKM program provides centralized management of parts replenishment and inventory control of the reefer spare parts kits on board of the vessel.
