My first experience with chiropractic was in high school when I injured my back at a high school wrestling tournament. My parents brought me to see the family doctor who prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medication. My mother is a nurse and was skeptical of chiropractors, but after seeing that the medication wasnt helping and that I was still in... a lot of pain, she took me to a chiropractor.
