Hands of The Carpenter, which provides an average of 250 automobile repairs or services to more than 150 single mothers and their families or elderly widows per year, has witnessed increased revenue from the for-profit Hands Auto business, expanding its outreach and service offerings to its not-for-profit operations. Founded in 2003, by Georgopulos... and his wife Brenda, Hands of the Carpenter initially focused its efforts on providing home repairs to allow single mothers and widows with the opportunity to live in a safe environment with their children and reside independently.
