The program combines e-learning and facilitator-led interactions to educate participants about emotion regulation and provide practical strategies for managing emotional outbursts. It was created by Dr. Curtis McMillen and a team of graduate students at the University of Chicago, in response to the needs of foster parents and youth experiencing emotional difficulties.
