HANYCO (Hamoun Nyzeh Co.) manufacturer of Ductile Iron Pipes & Fittings was established in May 2006, in center of Iran, Kashan city, Isfahan Province, with the aim of producing Ductile Iron Pipes & Fittings in the size range DN 80 to DN 1200 in order to supply water and for sewage projects, with annual capacity of 70,000 metric tons. Installation a... ctivities of this complex were started by the private sector capital and from December 2007 mass production was started. In the recent years HANYCO`s capacity increased to 150.000 metric tones annually. HANYCO'S pipes & fittings are manufactured and supplied by the most modern and updated technology according to the last version of international standards ISO 2531 and EN 545. Almost the joints are based on TYTON, but we can supply Flange pipes in several length according to customer order. The products are coated by Bituminous or Epoxy painting according to ISO 8971-2 and lined with cement mortar lining according ISO 4179. For sewage usages also appropriate linings according to EN 598 will be supplied. The Ductile Iron fittings will be coated by Fusion Bond Epoxy. We also supply the appropriate EPDM gaskets according to ISO 8643 for our pipes. HANYCO has a complete range of Management Standards, including ISO 9001:2008 , ISO 14001: 2009, OHSAS 18001: 2007, ISO 10002:2005, ISO 10004:2010 from DQS - Germany. HANYCO has operated the most modern Lost Foam casting line for producing a diverse range of Ductile Iron Fittings according to International Standards and customer request.
