Markham was rebranded as Hamilton James & Bruce during the same year. In 2003, Priority Personnel was rebranded as HJB Priority and continued to specialise in operational and support roles in the Accounting and Banking & Finance industries. Hamilton James & Bruce introduced a rebrand in October 2005. The rebrand introduced new brand visuals and a new tag line - WE KNOW PEOPLE. At this time, HJB Priority also became the Business Support division nationally within Hamilton James & Bruce. In late 2005, Hamilton James & Bruce sold OCG Consulting, however, the parent company still retains a 25% interest in the business. Hamilton James & Bruce acquired the IT Resources Group in October 2006.
