Hamilton House

Hamilton House is a beautiful period building with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere set within private and secure grounds close to the centre of the port city of Plymouth. Whilst the interior has undergone a sympathetic redesign to provide the necessary facilities to provide the highest levels of person centred care, many of the original feature... s have been preserved in the communal areas, including the grand staircase. Hamilton House was recently purchased by Ian and Helena Darbyshire (September 2019), whom also own and operate other successful Care Homes in the South West (Moorlands Residential Home - Good CQC Rating, Drake Nursing Home - Good CQC Rating). They have already made significant improvements to Hamilton House in a short period of time. Darbyshire Care also have other changes and improvements planned for in the future as well in order to meet their high standards of care. They have been providing residential care for over 15 years and have a strong focus on providing a homely, well maintained environment with quality home cooked food and interesting activities.
