(“Hallmark”) (NASDAQ: HALL) received the final determination in an arbitration proceeding relating to a Loss Portfolio Transfer Reinsurance Contract with DARAG Bermuda Ltd. and DARAG Insurance Limited and certain of Hallmark’s subsidiaries.
