Product management in the "CPG" (Consumer Packaged Goods) model means building brands with a bottom line orientation. There are advertising, packaging and promotion agencies but no companies providing experienced help in the product management side of the equation, either strategically or analytically and especially for those companies without a ma... jor consulting budget. The Haase Consulting Group (HCG) was launched to fill that gap. Bringing strong client side experience, HCG has helped clients with strategic challenges across a wide range of consumer categories. Most projects included a research component and thus HCG branched out into research - both qualitative and quantitative - similarly leveraging a more grounded and experienced marketing perspective than other research companies.
