In most cases our inventories are completed and sent by e-mail to our client within hours of our visiting the property. Printed copies are also available upon request. A properly prepared and above all independent inventory at check-in and check-out protects both landlord and tenant and ensures that any disputes at the end of the tenancy can be resolved with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience to both parties. A mid term, or Interim Inspection, is an ideal way to check the condition of the property whilst the tenant is in situ. Accountability for any damage or deterioration can be determined, action lists prepared, and any maintenance or repairs carried out. Our appointment system is flexible and our appointments are timed so we won't keep you hanging around.
