Ground Water Resources, PLLC, is a ground water resources consulting firm serving North Carolina from the Mountains to the Coastal Plain. Our mission is providing long-term, cost-effective solutions that will save your projects time and money while also safeguarding the health and viability of your ground water source. We work with new and existing... developments, whether residential, commercial, or industrial. Our Managing Member and Principal Hydrogeologist is Stephen Webb. He is a Professional Geologist and Certified Well Contractor in the state of North Carolina. He has over eleven years experience with North Carolina ground water issues, including nearly nine years with the NC Division of Water Resources. While there, he headed the NC Ground Water Resource Monitoring Well Network program, being responsible for design, monitoring, and maintenance of hundreds of monitoring wells. He also regularly helped individuals, communities, and businesses assess their ground water resources, rehabilitate existing wells, and locate new wells to adequately meet their ground water supply needs.
