Groendyke Associates was founded in 1936 by Sanford Groendyke, the first of three generations to serve our company. The firm, originally located in High Bridge, served the property and casualty insurance and real estate needs of rural northwest New Jersey. Sanford N. Groendyke joined his father's firm in 1946 and when he took the helm a year later,... he determined that our clients would be better served if we concentrated on managing their financial requirements. Our growth has been augmented by the purchase and merger with other Insurance Agencies, providing us with valuable company partnerships and additional products to serve our clients insurance and financial needs in numerous states.
