Over 40 years ago, my father, James O. Bower, started James O. Bower Insurance. Dad left a large partnership agency in the Harrisburg area and began a new company that took on all types of clients and specialized in working with churches and ministries. He was successful because he knew how to treat clients, listening to them and helping them make... good insurance choices. In 2008, Dad retired and I took over the leadership role with the desire to continue growing the agency and expanding our church market into New York state by starting the American Church Group of NY, LLC. My son Brandon joined the agency and is now part owner of the agency and continues to expand the vision of the family business. Greystone Insurance is part of that expansion, specializing in commercial lines, personal insurance, and life insurance. The agency connects with clients through partnerships with realtors, health insurance firms, trusted advisors, and ministries. What started in my Dad's basement as a father and son business has grown to a multi-generational agency with outstanding sales and service teams serving clients all over the Mid-Atlantic region.
