Kevin is also a strong leader with an MBA (Carlson School of Managment - University of Minnesota - 2001) and 20 years of experience applying strategic vision and tactical implementation skills to move organizations to new best-practice work processes and/or product development efforts. He has managed both exempt and non-exempt direct reports including task direction and delegation, training and skill progression, performance reviews, promotions, compensation, and conflict resolution. Kevin has directed multidisciplinary teams (internal and external resources) with responsibilities for business plans, schedules, budgeting, delegation of tasks and project reporting to senior management.
