John Warmus personally oversees every project and approaches them "hands on". He is a graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A. in Finance. He stays involved with the community by participating in the City of Green Design Review Board and the Akron/Portage Home Builders Association. Both John and Jane Warmus participate and support many activities and organizations in the City of Green.
