Sustainability has become a major focus in our County, which consist... s of a chain of low-elevation islands that scientists have called the countrys Ground Zero for experiencing the effects of sea level rise and climate change. This plan builds on the Countys early efforts. It identifies and prioritizes the Countys vulnerabilities in our infrastructure, buildings, roads and habitats.
