Green Light International

Green Light International, Inc. is a non-profit Christian ministry exclusively supporting G reen Light After-School Classes ("Green Light"), a program of HsinChu I-Link Community Care Association, a church-based organization founded by Bread of Life Chri stian Church in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan. Green Light works with elementary-school children of the most... vulnerable families in countryside towns of Taiwan, including those from low income families, single-parent families, families with a foreign-language-speaking parent, aboriginal Taiwanese families, and grandparenting families. These families often live in poverty and the education of their children typically falls by the wayside. Without proper support and guidance when they are young, children from these families are at-risk of becoming problematic in their families, in school, and in society. Green Light provides these children with such guidance and support to develop spiritual and personal responsibility, through after-school tutoring, homework help, creative learning activities, and religious instruction.Read More
