Temperatures of the fridges and freezers are monitored and logged, dials are calibrated and certified. Defrosting, cooking and reheating temperatures recorded. All delivery vehicles have a 70% alcohol-based sanitize,. It is compulsory for drivers tc apply and re-apply before and after every delivery. For Green Catering & events its business as usual. We have implemented a duty shift for our Event Team to work remotely with fast and efficient communication. All meetings will be done via our online meeting platform.
