Gravitee was founded and is run by Adam Henderson, who has over a 14 years experience working with some of the world's biggest companies and most innovative startups on the front line of their business transformation. Starting out originally as a marketer working in senior global roles for the likes of Jaguar Land Rover and being the Marketing Dire... ctor of several startups, Adam shifted his focus from customers to employees as he could see that although many businesses were changing to reflect the needs of the modern consumer, very few were doing the same for the modern employee, which was causing real damage to both employees and employers alike. Adam setup Gravitee to address this growing disconnect between employees and the businesses they were working in, and since it's inception, Gravitee has worked with businesses of all sizes and sectors to help them understand more about their changing workforce and successfully implement new ways of working to reflect this.
