In January 1973, Lloyd Graves and his son, Robert Graves, opened Lloyd Graves Electric Supply. Situated on Interstate 45 in Spring, Texas, the location was perfect to service North Houston and The Woodlands, Conroe areas. At the time, The Woodlands was in the beginning phase of development. Scott Hudson, who was operations manager prior to the acquisition, was appointed Company President for Graves Winlectric. Scott graduated from Texas A & M and had 20 years of experience with Lloyd Graves Electric Supply. Mr. Hudson leads a staff that has a combined experience of over 100 years in electrical distribution. Each employee takes pride in their job and strives to provide each customer with exceptional service and quality merchandise at competitive prices. While Graves Winlectric is a locally owned and operated wholesaler, it is also part of the large corporation, WinSupply, one of the nations largest distributors with more than 500 local supply houses in 44 states.
