Spencer Layton Richins, the qualifying agent and President of the Company, has been in the construction industry since 1992 and has been in an executive role since 1999. Grass Creek is currently licensed in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada with applications in process for Hawaii and Colorado. Since its conception, Grass Creek has been a General Contracting company that prides itself on providing its clients with a management team that completes their projects on time and on budget.
