Grandview Farms

We began raising beef cattle in 1995 in order to provide food for our own kitchen table. We started our herd with two Black Angus heifers, Buttercup and Helga. We eventually grew to a herd of over 30 head of cattle, which included a resident bull. The sales of our beef eventually increase beyond our own herd's capacity to meet demands. It was then... that we began buying from friends and farmer neighbors who raised their cattle the same way to help us meet these additional orders. These farmers had to pass our same growing policy of, no added growth hormones, no anitbiotics, and no feed with animal by-products. We have always strived from day one, until today, to maintain our strict requirements thinking that we would want to trust this food tour own family at any time. In 2015, we answered the call to serve the Lord, selling all of our own operation. Our ministry is now in western North Carolina and growing as the will of the Lord provides. Meanwhile, we have kept our contracts with our friends and farmer neighbors to still provide quality, wholesome beef raised naturally. Today, we still maintain our Grandview Farms operation with all of our cattle being grown on Chritian farms in Chatham and nearby Moore and Randolph counties of North Carolina. Even in 2018, we are still a "Grass Fed" only operation; thus, our beef is very lean and tasty. We continue to sell beef that is raised on feed free of animal by-products, free of added growth hormones, and free of antibiotics. Our motto is, "We only sell what we would eat ourselves." We have been told by our customers that we provide a service to the public by offering locally grown, quality beef, skipping the middleman and grocery store chains, thus saving the end customer money and at the same time providing a secure, safe product they can trust. As part of the North Carolina Beef Quality Assurance Program , Grandview Farms has become a certified Beef Quality Assurance producer, as of March 7th, 2006.
