The entrepreneurial spirit living in Mr. Pla Sr., and the knowledge acquired in his family owned bakery business in Cuba was the motivator that inspired him to jump into a new bakery business venture in Miami named Gran Paris Bakery which became a success from day one due to Mr. Pla's family commitment to work hard every day to continue serving the growing Cuban community in South Florida.
