The firm has been developed by Gerry Gangloff, with help from his partners and associates, using their varied backgrounds to develop a unique firm personality. Gerry's experience encompasses a CPA firm background, as well as experience as a corporate chief financial officer. His post-graduate education and experience in personal financial planning... has enhanced the services provided by the firm and provided an emphasis on services targeted toward corporate executives and retirees. GPG&A is a member of the GP&R Group, with affiliate's offices located on Michigan Avenue in the South Loop Chicago area. Rene' Gallegos was Gerry's first partner. Friends and co-workers for over 30 years, Rene' and Gerry formed the partnership in 1993. Their reputation for competent and creative consulting has been growing steadily since inception. The firm's success is mirrored in the successes of its clients. Rene' no longer maintains a practice within the firm. Yuliana Moreno (Yuli) and Jose Cuaresma (Jose) have produced a vibrant and professional outlook for the firm. They have developed skills and unique abilities and justifiably, leading to their joining the equity ranks of the firm in 2011. Effective January 1st, 2011, we began a new professional affiliation with Edelmiro " Ed" Garcia and his tax practice in Skokie. We hope to benefit from Ed's experience for years to come. Starting in 2013, with a dynamic new leadership group and a dedicated staff, the firm's goal is to continue striving to improve our client services and innovate with the help of our growing staff of young professionals.
